Comment: Have spent most of my career in the corporate real estate world, but still manage to stay involved in music as a rank amateur claiming to be a guitar player who sings a bit now and then.





My 2 daughters have flown the coop with one of them having provided my wife (Dana) and I a granddaughter. To spend more time with said grandchild, we have a house in Pullman so that we're not on top of Mom and Dad when we spend 4-6 weeks in town (it's good to have a job that affords me the luxury of working remotely).





Lately I've been thinking about what retiring will look like and when I might try to pull off this magic trick. Until that time comes, I do data center site selection for Facebook; a really great job regardless of what you might think about the company right now. Hint: outside of agreed on facts, don't believe too much of what you read, especially when it comes to intent. That goes for all media reports regardless of subject and your political ideology.





I'm looking forward to catching up with my old classmates (not referring to age here, only of time past) and what we're involved in these days.
